English FA Sledge Hammer Falls on Morinho, Bags One Match Ban

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been given a suspended one-match stadium ban and fined £50,000 by the Football Association for comments made about match officials.

The controversial Blues boss had earlier claimed officials were "afraid" to award his team penalties after Robert Madley denied Chelsea a spot-kick in a 3-1 loss to Southampton.

The FA charged that his comments "imply bias on the part of a match official".
Mourinho's ban will only be enforced if he repeats the offence within a year.
The home defeat by Southampton was Chelsea's fourth loss in the defending champions' opening eight Premier League games of the season and left them 10 points behind leaders Manchester City and four points above the relegation zone.
Speaking after the game, Mourinho had said the Blues were "always punished" by officials because "there is always a question mark" from the media.
"If the Football Association wants to punish me they can. They don't punish other managers," he added.
A Chelsea spokesperson told BBC Sport the club would wait to read the FA's full reasoning before making any comment on the verdict.
Mourinho was charged hours after the Blues said the Portuguese retained their "full support"following back-to-back defeats.
His side return to Premier League action at home to Aston Villa - four points and two places below them - on Saturday.

Infinix hot 2 Problems

So many complaints about the new Android one device, which is INFINIX HOT2 known as x510,  I also experience the same issue, the phone can't make 30min call nonstop it'll just freeze and the worst thing is that it takes close to 20 minutes before coming up again and I can risk removing the battery because the last time I did I actually damaged my SD card.
And the camera doesn't read the ROM, which makes 16gb ROM useless except for app installation.
Quad core yet dual core devices perform more than the useless infinx x510

Efritin; The Revolution Of Classified Website In Nigeria

Efritin.com an online classifieds platform recently launched at the Protea Hotel Ikeja into the Nigerian market with a focus on providing a safer platform for its customers. Efritin provides an online marketplace for buyers and sellers to exchange their items.
The platform does not specify in any particular category – you can buy and sell items in more than 50 different categories. Efritin aims to disrupt how classifieds are done in Nigeria by addressing a key issue of trust. They physically verify all sellers on their platform within 48hours of posting an advert on the platform before the advert goes live. The verification is a one-time process and the ads go live within 4 hours after verification. Also they have taken into consideration the stress and traffic level for moving from one location to the other and has gone a step further to provide convenience for their customers by offering a delivery service for buyers and sellers who have agreed on a transaction.
The Efritin Delivery services have started operations and are delivering items under 3kg within Lagos. According to Mr. Babak Tighnavard, Chief Operating Officer Saltside Technologies, ‘Efritin.com was built by Saltside Technologies who build leading online marketplaces in underserved markets to create sustainable value for the community. Saltside Technologies started in 2011 with just 4 employees but in 2015 they are now 500 employees in Bangladesh, Ghana, Sri Lanka and now Nigeria. Their success story in each market has been hinged on doing things locally and employing quality staff for the job. Thus they are offering an online marketplace in Nigeria for all used items with full focus on Security.” Mr. Zakaria Hersi informed that part of their success story of doing things locally in each market gave rise to the name ‘Efritin.com’ meaning ‘Everything’ in pidgin language.
He further said that Efritin is focused on providing a safer platform for buyers and sellers to meet and exchange their items. Efritin focuses on used items because of the trading culture of Nigerians, the high volume of offline marketplaces and the large economy around unused goods. The tenacious and growing team is poised to make Efritin.com the number 1 classified site in Nigeria.

INEC Vs LAWMAKERS

Where Is The Place Of Law In Nigeria? This is one of the questions we need to ask ourselves as Nigerian citizens. I believe it is still much fresh in our memories when some members of 7th assembly both (upper and lower chambers) which includes the former speaker of house of representative(now the Executive Governor of Sokoto) Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tanbuwai and the current Senate President Sen. Bukola Saraki defected from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressive Congress APC. Was INEC sleeping then? Why now
According to the commission "Any Lawmaker Who Defects Will Lose Their Seat" The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said it invoke the relevant section of the amened 1999 constitution if any lawmaker leaves his/her political party on which platform the lawmaker was elected, before the expiration of the tenure. The Deputy Director, Public Affairs of INEC, Nick Dazang, yesterday said that the constitution is clear on the position the commission will take in such situation. Dazang said the provision is specific on what happens if a lawmaker leaves from one political party to another. Section 109 (g) of the amened 1999 Constitution states that, a member of the legislature shall vacate his seat in the House if “being a person whose election to the House…was sponsored by a political party, he becomes a member of another political party before the expiration of the period of which that House was elected.” The section also, gives a provison, that: “Provided that his membership of the latter political party is not as a result of a division in the political party of which he was previously a member or of a merger of two or more political parties or factions by one of which he was previously sponsored.” Last year the Supreme Court, reportedly ruled that a member of House of Representatives representing Akure North/South Federal Constituency of Ondo State should vacate his seat for defecting from Labour Party (LP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC). This really the time to ask questions

DSTV VS NIGERIA

Tope Popoola wrote: DSTV should now start singing its Nunc Dimitis in my house! I can live without them! I never had cable anyway until about two years ago when my children came home on a short vacation and insisted I get one because of them.

It is not my business what anyone charges for his services as long as his customers are content to pay. So their increase of subscription fees is not my headache. However, how can a corporate entity refuse to carry out a subsisting court order? Can they do that in South Africa? It is an insult to the Nigerian nation. Secondly, why are they refusing to give us pay per view when that operates very well in their country?
So, unless these critical issues are addressed, DSTV just lost another customer when my current subscription runs out on Tuesday. They have been bombarding me with sms for renewal for the past few days!
In the spirit of the New Nigeria, I say NOT ANYMORE!
If we have enough Nigerians pulling out of their network, perhaps they will think twice.
Let us join hands to say NOT ANYMORE to DSTV by boycotting their services until they behave! We will take no further insults to our nation! ‪#‎DSTVbehaveorleave
