I would like to bring to the notice of the Nigerian Employers, RESOURCE AND CAREER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNMENT about the difficulties some of us (fresh graduate) are facing.

Firstly the educational system in Nigeria is embedded with all manner of time wasting techniques
Secondly NYSC is another issue, now they've made us to be begging to serve our fatherland
Thirdly some of us were not born with silver spoon, and as a result we hustle to finish from to education.
If we sum all the barriers together the end result is larger percentage of us Nigerian graduate are over age(over 29 years), and WE ARE BEING FORCED TO LIE ABOUT OUR AGE although I RAFIU OLUSANYA, OSENI have made up my mind that I will not do that because its not proper
MY REQUEST AND THAT OF NIGERIAN YOUTHS IS GIVE US OUR OWN CATEGORY IF WE CAN'T FIT INTO FRESH GRADUATE OR EXPERIENCED CATEGORY, OR ELIMINATING THE AGE BARRIER COULD ALSO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.
Give us equal opportunity, don't force us into Arm robbery, Prostitution, Political thugs and nuisance on streets.
We have the brain, the energy and every other required prerequisites that may be needed.
